The Legend of Don Paco is based on a simple dream to “produce the best coffee of Nicaragua and better the lives of the people”, Francis Ernest Bendaña Radzevich, AKA Don Paco, revolutionized the coffee industry in Nicaragua. Watch the video below to see the life of a true coffee legend.
As the first Nicaraguan with a PHD in Plant physiology, Don Paco was known as an innovator and leader in the coffee industry in Nicaragua and the world. Don Paco pioneered many new techniques and production methods that are still used today on our farms. Not only was Don Paco an innovator in coffee production but he was a true social innovator also. Don Paco was one of the first producers in Nicaragua to provide quality nutrition, education, and healthcare for the workers on the farm back in the early 90s’.
