El Quetzal and El Paraiso
is viewed as one of the best coffee growing estates in Nicaragua and has been producing quality coffee since the early 1960’s. Originally owned by Don Paco, the estate is now owned and operated by his son, Roberto Bendana, who sees to it that Don Paco’s dream lives on.
As one of three coffee farms utilized by the Café Don Paco Coffee Company, El Quetzal not only produce great coffee but also has an excellent school, daycare and medical facility for its workers and their family members.
Located deep in the mountains of Matagalpa, El Quetzal is the heart of three natural reserves (El Arenal, Datanli and Cerro Frio) at an altitude of 1,200 to 1,350 meters above sea level.

Las Delicias and Santa Maria del Crucero
The Las Delicias and Santa Maria del Crucero El Crucero farms are located in El Crucero. Located only 30 minutes from the Capital city of Managua in the region of the Pacific Highlands, it has an average elevation of 763 meters.
Although close to the capital, the elevation creates a completely different climate where it gets very cold and foggy at night, creating the perfect growing conditions for many coffee vairieties. El Crucero is also located 30 minutes from some of the best beaches and resorts in Nicaragua.
