Our passion at Café Don Paco is to continue the dream, that Don Paco set out to accomplish over 40 years ago, to produce the best coffee of Nicaragua and better the lives of the people



Every day we work hard to produce the best coffee in Nicaragua, improve the surrounding community and the lives of the people who’s hard work makes this possible. From the way we care for our plants, to our harvesting methods and processing procedures, we believe producing the highest quality coffee will continue to change the lives of our people and surrounding community by allowing us to invest more in health, education and social programs.



Over the years our love, dedication and determination, in the pursuit of Don Paco’s dream has resulted in satisfied clients, prosperity and most importantly, the development of the surrounding Nicaraguan communities.
