The legacy of Don Paco tells us that Nature and our people are the most important factors to achieve a quality product. By passing these beliefs to future generations, we continue to partake in the best agricultural practices and conserve our Flora and Fauna.



We also believe that education and a healthy working place are essential to improve as a business and as a community, which in turn will contribute to our country’s wellbeing. Because coffee farms in Nicaragua are so remote, we have continued the tradition of providing proper housing for our workers. This is complemented with a proper daycare and school system for the children. Our health care system includes a clinic and a full time nurse on site, with a doctor’s weekly visit. Our employees are also enrolled with the full coverage Social Security program that guarantees them hospital attention if required.
